Superstar pianist Hinrich Alpers returns to Chamberfest twice for the thrilling culmination of his Beethoven solo piano sonata cycle. Ready to bring down the house with some of the instrument’s most demanding repertoire, don’t miss this treat-of-an-evening for piano lovers featuring the mammoth Late Sonatas, including the thunderous No. 29 in B-flat major, AKA “Hammerklavier.” A fan favourite, this Honens Prize Laureate packed the concert hall in 2022, so be sure to buy your tickets early for both performances.
