Concert Concept:
Gentileschi Baroque: Harmony Is in Our Hands is a new concert series rooted in the heart of Toronto’s artistic and social community. The first concert will be hosted at the historic St. Thomas Church in collaboration with Friends of Music and the funds raised will go in support of YWCA Toronto. The series seeks to unite music, compassion, and civic engagement through “pay-what-you-can” performances.
Each concert will feature local and international musicians performing repertoire inspired by the Baroque spirit of creativity, emotional depth, and shared humanity.
Harmony is in Our Hands celebrates music as a conduit for empowerment, connection, inclusion, and social awareness.
This concert brings together leading Baroque artists in a program that intertwines artistry and advocacy — using music as a tool for social change and community connection.
