An enchanting encounter between African traditions and European Baroque music. VoixMonde: AfroClassique celebrates the richness of cultural intersections through a vibrant dialogue between ancestral rhythms and classical forms.

Inspired by the world of inanga virtuoso Deo Munyakazi, a GRAMMY Award nominee, this concert highlights a captivating musical fusion, where African sonorities resonate alongside Baroque works by Antonio Bertalli and Nicola Matteis.

The inanga, a traditional Rwandan instrument, was historically played in royal courts to accompany poetry, storytelling, and praise of kings.
