Stradivatango
Denis Plante (bandoneón) and Stéphane Tétreault (cello)

The Passion of Reason
Les Boréades de Montréal
Francis Colpron (recorders, musical direction), Femke Bergsma (recorders), Vincent Lauzer (recorders), Margaret Little (viola da gamba) and Marie-Laurence Primeau (recorders, viola da gamba)
Les Boréades presents a nuanced and energetic exploration of early music through the consort tradition, gathering instruments of the same family across the full sonic range. Silk Road Journals: Echoes from East to West
Annette Bauer (sarod, recorders, duduk, tabor) and Ran Wang (guzheng)
Ran Wang and Annette Bauer trace a path along the Silk Road, drawing on traditions reaching from ancient China to 15th-century Renaissance Italy, by way of India. Inspired by the physical and emotional landscapes that an imagined traveler might encounter along the way, this musical voyage unfolds as a conversation between the sounds of their instruments and the rich resonances of their strings, leaving space for improvisation and the exploration of the unknown.
Sunday July 19 – 11 a.m.
Youth and Genius: Schubert & Ravel
Quatuor Cobalt
Guillaume Villeneuve (violin), Diane Bayard (violin), Clément Bufferne (viola) and François Leclerc (cello)
Quatuor Cobalt presents two early works that reveal composers at the threshold of their distinctive voices: Schubert’s Quartet No. 10 and Ravel’s Quartet in F major. Written nearly a century apart, both quartets show composers experimenting with ideas that would come to define their later work.
Sunday July 26 – 11 a.m.
Echoes of Peace: Cello and Harp
Annabelle Renzo (harp) and Julian Armour (cello)
Annabelle Renzo and Julian Armour explore a richly varied repertoire that moves through the meditative clarity of Arvo Pärt, the rhythmic pulse of Philip Glass, alongside works by Villa-Lobos, Saint-Saëns, and others. By turns contemplative, vibrant, and deeply resonant, this program reveals the remarkable range and colour of an exceptionally compelling instrumental pairing.
Sunday August 2 – 11 a.m.
The Wonders of Latin America
Michel Beauchamp (guitar)
South America has a rich musical tradition closely linked to the classical guitar. This is an opportunity to savor all its facets, some melancholic, others very danceable! You will hear the most beautiful guitar works from Mexico to Argentina, by way of the Caribbean and Brazil.
Sunday August 9 – 11 a.m.
A Night in the Garden of Eden
