Le FMCM présente en exclusivité la première prestation conjointe du Rolston String Quartet et du Dover Quartet, respectivement lauréats du Concours international de quatuors à cordes de Banff 2016 et 2013. Ces deux jeunes formations au parcours international présenteront des œuvres de Beethoven, Mendelssohn et de la jeune compositrice canadienne Zosha di Castri (première québécoise). Ce programme étoffé promet d’en mettre plein la vue et l’ouïe aux auditeurs !

The MCMF exclusively presents the very first joint performance of the Rolston String Quartet and the Dover Quartet, winners of the Banff International String Quartet Competition, respectively in 2016 and 2013. These two young ensembles, who perform internationally, will perform works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and the young Canadian composer Zosha di Castri (Quebec premiere). A rich and dazzling program!
