From the smoky cafés of Paris to the sparkling dance halls of the South America, this evening’s program takes you on a musical journey through the jazz-infused elegance of the Roaring ’20s to the opulent Art Deco era.

Renowned mezzo-soprano Julie Nesrallah brings to life the smoldering torch songs of the 1920s through the crooning 1950s, reimagined with lush classical chamber arrangements. An 11-piece Chamberfest ensemble provides a rich sonic backdrop, while our beloved Chamberfriends the Gryphon Trio and pianist Katherine Dowling enrich the evening with cameo performances.
