Ease into your weekend with a restorative stretch and strength class led by dancer and barre instructor Sarah Hopkin, set to the resonant sounds of classical and ambient cello music by Raphael Weinroth-Browne. This free outdoor session blends active and passive stretches, focusing on mobility, release, and creating space in the body, all supported by the subtle, improvised soundscapes of Weinroth-Browne’s cello. Hopkin guides participants through gentle, flowing movements designed to help the body open and lengthen, while the music creates a soothing, restorative atmosphere. Everyone is welcome at this inclusive, accessible class, made for every body.
