NEW MUSIC NOW 2024 opens with two string quartets composed by the first and second place laureates of the uOttawa/Chamberfest Composition Competition. You’ll hear Angela Geleynse’s driving Autonomous, followed by Cameron Hunter’s spacious Breathless. Our celebration of emerging artists continues when HATCH takes the stage. Their programme features new compositions written and performed by the young artists selected for this program.
