Ottawa’s National Arts Centre Orchestra returns for another highly anticipated visit. The heart of their program lies in Brahms’s most serene and refreshing symphony. Russian-born Israeli pianist Boris Giltburg is the soloist in the lively piano concerto that Dmitri Shostakovich composed specifically for his 19-year-old son, Maxim.
