Gordon Lightfoot fans do not want to miss this show! This is NOT a tribute show. The Lightfoot Band are the original band members that recorded memorable hits and toured for decades with the late, great Gordon Lightfoot.
Get ready to rock as the band perform huge hits such as “Sundown”, “Carefree Highway”, “Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald”, “Beautiful”, and “Early Morning Rain”.
The band includes veterans Rick Haynes on bass, Barry Keane on drums and percussion, Mike Heffernan on keyboards and Carter Lancaster on the lead guitars. Andy Mauck takes lead vocals, playing a Martin D18 six-string guitar and Gibson B45 12-string guitar, just as Gordon did.
Band members will be available to meet the audience in the lobby after the show.
Don’t miss an unforgettable night of songs and stories.
“… The band brought so much more to the stage than great songs – they also brought great stories about their time with the band… a consummate performance of Lightfoot classics and deepcuts.” – North Huron Citizen
“The legacy of Gordon Lightfoot’s music is in good hands, thanks to his longtime backing group of Rick Haynes, Barry Keane, Mike Heffernan, and Carter Lancaster. Those veteran musicians are committed to keeping the master’s songs alive.” – Nicholas Jennings
“The soul-stirring melodies of Gordon Lightfoot continue to resonate with audiences worldwide, and nowhere is his legacy more alive than in the spirited performances of the original Lightfoot Band.” – The Toronto Star
