Ce concert-marathon gratuit se compose de 9 programmes et se présente dans le cadre des festivités du 375e anniversaire de Montréal.
Coordonné par l’organiste Hans-Ola Ericsson (Chaire du secteur de l’orgue et de la musique de l’église à l’École de musique Schulich), ce projet ambitieux mettra en vedette plus que 50 organistes de Montréal et ses environs et signifiera la première fois que le Livre d’orgue de Montréal sera joué dans son intégralité dans la Salle Redpath.
This free marathon concert is made up of nine separate programmes and is part of the celebrations of the 375th anniversary of the city of Montreal.
Coordinated by organist Hans-Ola Ericsson (Chair of Organ and Church Music at the Schulich School of Music), this ambitious project gathers over fifty organists from Montreal and the surrounding region and marks the first time that the Livre d’Orgue de Montréal will be performed in its entirety in Redpath Hall.
