Accompanied by an excellent string quartet, trumpeter Marie-Pier Descôteaux unveils in concert a most eclectic repertoire spanning jazz to latin, movie soundtrack music to classical, all of which have but one common denominator, her instrument. Melodies from Chopin, Gershwin and Rossini will be heard as well as excerpts from the score of the Titanic, all dressed up in arrangements, both daring and subtile, which will allow the musicians to rally the audience around it from a beautiful evening of music making,
