Eleven years have already passed since the first album of the Emie R Roussel Trio. Time has flown by at an insane speed and has led us in turn to make a stopover in the more classical world of the string quartet, to unite in a unique and indivisible core and to share our universe with inspired and inspiring musicians, met at the crossroads of our influences. Our music has also traveled, taking us with it to discover the beauty and aromas of wonderful places. At the dawn of a new decade, inspired by all these moments and encounters, we begin a new chapter. Forged over the years, the Trio’s identity is the result of this long journey. The music of this new concert is the image of a conversation, sometimes calm, sometimes agitated or even heated, which testifies to our complicity and marks an important step in our common history.
