Montreal, December 7th, 2022 – The Ensemble Clavecin en concert with the Ensemble Cochléa will give a Christmas Concert on December 16th at 7:30 pm in the Crypt of St. Joseph’s Oratory in Montreal. As every year, a festive concert under the theme of the Nativity! The traditional songs that everyone loves to hear and hum are mixed with old French hymns and Christmas songs from different countries. Two very talented young singers, baritone Hugo Laporte and mezzo-soprano Rose Naggar-Tremblay, are accompanied by the instrumental ensemble Clavecin en concert, under the direction of Luc Beauséjour, and the vocal ensemble Cochléa, made up of four superb voices, offers us skillful musical arrangements.
