Le Chœur de chambre du Québec, under the direction of choirmaster Robert Ingari, will welcome the French vocal Ensemble Allegri and conductor Jean-Marie Puissant, as well as La Chorale senior du CEAO under conductor Maxime Bégin. Ensemble Scholastica is a women’s vocal ensemble specializing in plainchant and medieval polyphony. They will perform a repertoire drawn from several medieval manuscripts and fragments containing musical notations housed at McGill University in the Rare Books and Special Collections.
