Austrian singer Janna Kate and pianist Guillaume Martineau (Révélation Jazz Radio-Canada 2015-2016) present a lavish concert for Christmas and the winter months! Far from being conventional, the duo’s repertoire draws on traditional songs from Austria, Germany, France and England, and takes a detour through Barbara, Joni Mitchell and Gilles Vigneault, to name but a few! All of this is revisited with their unique color through tender, luminous, and dreamy jazz arrangements.
