Robert Schumann’s song cycle, including works by his contemporaries, is re-told with a gender-expansive lens by performers and co-curators Teiya Kasahara 笠原 貞野 and David Eliakis, who explore this central question: “Whose love is important, valid, and celebrated?” The Tuesday Voice Series is made possible in part by a generous gift from Dianne W. Henderson.
