Critically acclaimed compositions recorded by pianist Erik Bertsch himself (Kairos label). Marco Stroppa’s les Miniature estrose stand apart in the composer’s catalogue. His pieces are crafted down to minute detail, like the richly decorated lettering on illuminated manuscripts from the Middle Ages. They give life to fascinating music composed of ‘’cores” which migrate with each movement, as if moving through a network where Bertsch transports his audience.
