A piano marathon! Discover the infinite possibilities of this instrument through a myriad of concerts, throughout the weekend. A unique piano experience, where the virtuosity of the performers reaches new heights as they present rarely heard compositions.
Viktor Lazarof and Philippe Prudhomme, two high-flying pianists, take us to the very edge of Balkan and Quebec music. From the hypnotic waltz by Miodrag Lazarov Pashu to the dream-like or unleashed works of François Morel, the soloists take us to the crossroads of singular sounds. Pieces by talented up-and-coming musicians (Snežana Nešić, Francis Battah) and the late Silvio Palmieri also lend their respective musical poetry to this programme.
