Sinfonia Toronto presents musical treats by Mozart, Mercadante and Mozetich with two stellar soloists, plus a lyrical premiere and a timely Mozart favourite. Sharon Wei plays Mozetich’s Concerto for Viola with Strings and Vibraphone and flutist Mario Carbotta plays the famous Concerto in E minor by Mercadante. Nurhan Arman leads the orchestra in Nina Grigoryan’s ‘Prayer’ and his custom orchestra version of Mozart’s beautiful “Spring” quartet.
