Now in its second year, Chamberfest’s Career Development Residency (CDR) invests in tomorrow’s artistic leaders by providing them with real-life entrepreneurial opportunities to program concerts and organize community outreach events. One of three participating ensembles this year, Montreal’s SOMA Quartet – equipped with two beautiful instruments from Canada Council for the Arts – begins your day with a programme inspired by the stunning and meticulous work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
