The vocal ensemble Les jongleurs invite you to its upcoming Christmas concert which will feature Pergolesi’s Magnificat as the main work on the program.
The Magnificat is a work of share Beauty, a song of praise to the Virgin Mary on her visit to her cousin Elizabeth to announce her pregnancy. Magnificat anima mea Dominum – My Soul Praises the Lord.
Andrei Bedos will direct the choir as well as a string quartet (2 violins, 1 viola and 1 double bass), with added accompagnement prodiges by organise Mercedes Roy, The program will also include other sacred works,
