Just in time for the Holidays, this year’s lineup of songs is an eclectic, exciting mix of music reflecting hope, warmth and that special magic that comes with the first snowflakes of the year. “We are putting the final touches on some Holiday favorites and wintry music from different traditions and eras, including the late Gordon Lightfoot’s evocative Song for a Winter’s Night, said the choir’s director, Margo Keenan. “We look forward to welcoming music lovers and their families for what we hope will be a joyous and moving program.”
This concert marks the beginning of the choir’s twelfth anniversary season. Accompanying them and performing a selection of instrumental numbers will be the award-winning pianist and violinist Dr. Judy Hung, founder and conductor of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Youth Orchestra.
