The Cecilia String Quartet make a welcome return to our stage, joined by “highly expressive lyric tenor” (Victoria Times Colonist) Lawrence Wiliford. Together, the string quartet and tenor will give the Ottawa premiere of Marjan Mozetich’s ravishing Songs to Whitman, and the Cecilias will close the program with a pillar in the chamber music repertoire, Schubert’s “Death and the Maiden.”
