The Festival des couleurs de l’orgue français presents organist Yves-G. Prefontaine closing out the 31st edition of the festival. An icon of the Québec organ scene, Yves-G. Prefontaine is celebrating almost 60 years as titulaire of the Sanctuaire Marie-Reine-des-Cœurs. He founded the Festival des couleurs de l’orgue français in 1995. His performances during the festival feature virtuosic renditions of French classical pieces and composers, including beloved favourites and other lesser-known pieces.
