Bourgie Hall: Le Concert de l’hostel Dieu – The Ghosts of Hamlet

The legend of Prince Hamlet inspired many Italian Baroque composers to write operas that have not survived the passage of time. Le Concert de l’Hostel Dieu and the charismatic and passionate soprano Roberta Mameli perform the expressive, brilliant, or simply charming arias by Domenico Scarlatti and his contemporaries inspired by these characters.
