Fiona Wu
Canadian pianist Fiona Wu has rapidly ascended to prominence as a preeminent interpreter of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach, praised for her “complete mastery of contrapuntal detail” (New York Concert Review) and her stage presence. Her personal and insightful renditions of Bach’s music have resonated through the halls of international competitions and captivated audiences worldwide with their unique blend of technical finesse, intellectual depth and sensitivity.
Fiona’s prowess was first internationally acknowledged when she was declared laureate of the Third Rosalyn Tureck International Bach Competition for Young Pianists in 2012, a prestigious event held at the Lincoln Center in New York City.
