THREE CANADIANS ADVANCE TO THE FINAL ROUND OF THE ARIA DIVISION

Montréal, June 7, 2022 The Semifinal of Voice 2022, the 20th edition of the Concours musical international de Montréal, concluded today at the Maison symphonique de Montréal. Over the last two days, the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM), the official orchestra of the CMIM, accompanied the Semifinalists of the Aria division, resulting in a breathtaking performance.

The ten Semifinalists performed with heart and passion the greatest works for voice and orchestra, fueled by the energy of the orchestra under the direction of Maestro Jacques Lacombe. Following the last performance, the CMIM’s prestigious jury once again took on the task of determining the five Finalists who will move onto the Aria Final. The draw then determined the order in which they will perform.
