Baie D’Urfé Vintage Car and Truck Expo celebrates it’s 5th year, showcasing over 200 antique/vintage vehicles “on the green” of Fritz Farm. Carolyn Fe Blues Collective offers up an acoustic trio version of their repertoire at the gazebo at 2:15 pm CDs will be available for sale. The Ginger Garden – Asian Wiki
Simone de Beauvoir Institute – 2170 Rue Bishop, Montréal, QC H3G 2E9, CanadaCarolyn Fe joins The Asian Wikis’ Ginger Garden to share her experiences as an artist of Asian heritage. This event is free to the general public. Invited speakers talk about burning questions and projects in arts, education, and community and sharing and exchanging information and ideas. Ten presenters of Asian/mixed race present their most recent works followed by a Q&A period. Carolyn Fe is the ninth presenter and will take the podium at around 7:30pm. The Asian Canadian Wiki website is a database of all things Asian Canadian. Advocating and advancing self-representation, the Asian Canadian Wiki team is dedicated to working to end all forms of discrimination, including racism and stereotyping. http://www.asiancanadianwiki.
