Il est lui-m\u00eame d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Fanny, la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son talent musical, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite au silence par leur p\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la pubert\u00e9 pour ne pas d\u00e9tourner l\u2019attention de son petit fr\u00e8re de g\u00e9nie. Puis, dans la trentaine, elle trouve un \u00e9diteur et commence, au grand dam de F\u00e9lix, \u00e0 produire de la musique de chambre. La col\u00e8re de ce dernier s\u2019est att\u00e9nu\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019il a d\u00e9couvert que la musique de sa s\u0153ur \u00e9tait de grande qualit\u00e9. Lors de leur derni\u00e8re rencontre, fr\u00e8re et s\u0153ur \u00e9taient assis au piano et jouaient gaiement leurs derni\u00e8res \u0153uvres.<\/p>\n<p>Il est presque impossible, sur disque, de les entendre ensemble, ce qui fait de cet enregistrement un v\u00e9ritable cadeau. Entre les deux sonates pour violoncelle et piano de F\u00e9lix, nous entendons une d\u00e9licate <em>Fantasie en sol mineur<\/em> de Fanny, suivie d\u2019un d\u00e9licieux et m\u00e9ditatif <em>Capriccio<\/em> <em>en la b\u00e9mol<\/em>. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la voix int\u00e9rieure assur\u00e9e de Fanny, F\u00e9lix sonne insistant et excessif. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 il compose pour des applaudissements instantan\u00e9s, elle vise un public moins accessible.<\/p>\n<p>Les interpr\u00e8tes, Johannes Moser et Alisdair Beatson, illustrent ce contraste \u00e0 la perfection.
