Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette diversit\u00e9, les auditeurs d\u00e9couvrent l\u2019\u00e9tendue harmonique, la couleur et la beaut\u00e9 de la fl\u00fbte en bois entour\u00e9 de musiciens talentueux.<\/div>\n
MIKA PUTTERMAN<\/span>, fl\u00fbtiste et directrice artistique Reconnue pour sa sonorit\u00e9 et son jeu expressif, la fl\u00fbtiste Mika Putterman partage avec le public sa passion pour la recherche et la connaissance historique. Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu un baccalaur\u00e9at en interpr\u00e9tation de musique ancienne de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill (Montr\u00e9al), elle fut admise au Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur de Musique de Paris. Elle obtient en 2001 son dipl\u00f4me du Koninklijk Conservatorium de Bruxelles, o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve de Barthold Kujken et de Marc Hanta\u00ef. Mika est la directrice artistique d\u2019Autour de la fl\u00fbte et un membre fondateur de La Petite Harmonie, un ensemble \u00e0 vents romantiques. Mika joue avec Notturna, Arion, Tafelmusik, Caprice, Il Fondamento, XVIII-21 et Les Menus Plaisirs du Roy, notamment sous la direction de Kent Nagano, Bernard Labadie, Daniel Cuiller, Paul Dombrecht, Manfredo Kramer, Barthold Kujken, Jeanne Lamon, Herv\u00e9 Niquet, Jaap Ter Linden et Dominique Visse. Invit\u00e9e de plusieurs festivals internationaux dont Montr\u00e9al Baroque, le Festival international de Lam\u00e8que, le Festival Bach de Montr\u00e9al, le Festival Bach de St. Malo et le Festival de musique de Nantes, Mika en enregistr\u00e9 de nombreux concerts pour par CBC et Radio-Canada, et a enregistr\u00e9 sous les \u00e9tiquettes Outhere, Analekta, ATMA Classique et early-music.com<\/a> (nomin\u00e9 aux Prix Junos).<\/div>\n


\nLe Roi Soleil est mort depuis six ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 mais la musique de son r\u00e8gne continue d’\u00eatre publi\u00e9e et interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la musique de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (plus italienne). Under the direction of historical flutist Mika Putterman, Autour de la fl\u00fbte showcases period instrument duos, trios, quartets, quintets and chamber orchestra. Autour de la fl\u00fbte has welcomed renowned artists and ensembles as Suzie Leblanc, Barthold Kuijken, Ceclia Bernardini, Discantvs, Les Voix Humaines, La Petite Harmonie and Notturna. Thanks to this diversity, listeners discover the harmonic range, colour and beauty of the wooden flute surrounded by talented musicians. Known for her beautiful sound and expressive playing, flautist Mika Putterman shares her passion for research and historical knowledge with audiences. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Mika was accepted at the Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur de Musique de Paris. In 2001, she received her Masters from the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Brussels where she studied with Barthold Kuijken and Marc Hanta\u00ef. Mika is the artistic director of Autour de la fl\u00fbte (nominated for an Opus Prize for \u201cbest concert of the year\u201d) and is a founding member of La Petite Harmonie, a romantic wind ensemble. Mika has performed with Notturna, Arion, Tafelmusik, Caprice, Il Fondamento, XVIII-21, and Les Menus Plaisirs du Roy. She has been invited to play in various international festivals such as Montreal Baroque, Lam\u00e8que International Festival, the Montreal Bach Festival, the Festival Bach de St. Malo, and the Nantes musique festival. She has had the privilege of working with such conductors as Kent Nagano, Bernard Labadie, Daniel Cuiller, Paul Dombrecht, Manfredo Kramer, Barthold Kuijken, Jeanne Lamon, Herv\u00e9 Niquet, Jaap Ter Linden and Dominique Visse. Mika has recorded many concerts for both the CBC and Radio-Canada, and has recorded as a soloist with labels early-music.com<\/a> (nominated for a Juno Award) and ATMA Classique. Mika\u2019s debut solo recording with the Belgian label Outhere, of Beethoven and Hummel on romantic flute, with the fortepianist Erin Helyard.<\/p>\n

The Sun King has been dead for six years already but the music from his reign continues to be published and performed alongside the music of the new (more Italianate) generation. With one foot in the past while the other steps towards the future, Paris in 1720 is both nostalgic and avant garde.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
