Ici, chaque plat, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019anecdotes, est une petite incursion dans la vie d&#8217;un artiste de la sc\u00e8ne. Nous commen\u00e7ons avec quelqu\u2019un qui sait faire une entr\u00e9e remarqu\u00e9e\u2026 et de d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tes : Gino Quilico. Penne rosa \u00ab \u00e0 la Gino Quilico \u00bb, un plat de p\u00e2tes r\u00e9confortant \u00e0 base de sauce ros\u00e9e, de saucisse italienne \u00e9pic\u00e9e, de fenouil et de mascarpone. Il peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des pennes ou des spaghettis, selon l\u2019humeur.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab Une soprano m\u2019a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce plat chez elle, \u00e0 Monte-Carlo, se souvient Quilico. Et je l\u2019ai adapt\u00e9e : c\u2019est \u00e7a, la cuisine ! En fait, tout le monde dans ma famille a adopt\u00e9 cette recette, chacun \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">La soprano ? Nulle autre que Nuccia Focile. Les deux artistes ont partag\u00e9 la sc\u00e8ne dans <i>L\u2019elisir d\u2019amore<\/i> \u00e0 l\u2019Op\u00e9ra de Monte-Carlo en 2006. Elle incarnait Adina, Quilico \u00e9tait Belcore et Massimo Giordano chantait Nemorino. Faites revenir l\u2019oignon pendant 5 minutes, ajoutez le fenouil, les boulettes de saucisse, le sel et le poivre.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p10\">Dans une grande casserole, faites cuire les p\u00e2tes dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Laissez cuire pendant 10 minutes. Ajoutez les tomates cerises et les tomates italiennes au m\u00e9lange de sauce et laissez mijoter encore 10 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p10\">Ajoutez les p\u00e2tes \u00e9goutt\u00e9es dans la po\u00eale, remuez doucement pour bien les enrober. Continuez la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fenouil ramollisse (cela peut prendre 30 minutes ou plus).
