M. Primiani a travaill\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de M. Corrigan pendant les dix ans du mandat de ce dernier, occupant r\u00e9cemment le poste de directeur de la philanthropie. La transition \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement planifi\u00e9e pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es par le conseil d\u2019administration et M. M. Hr<span class=\"s1\">\u016f<\/span>\u0161a en \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le chef invit\u00e9 principal depuis 2018. Il est actuellement chef principal de l\u2019Orchestre symphonique de Bamberg et restera \u00e0 ce poste jusqu\u2019en 2029. \u00c0 partir de septembre 2025, il prendra ses fonctions de directeur musical du <b>Royal Ballet<\/b> et du <b>Royal Opera House<\/b> de Londres. M. Blais occupe actuellement le poste de directeur des op\u00e9rations de la compagnie et fait partie de son \u00e9quipe administrative depuis 2010. Les postes de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de directeur artistique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une r\u00e9cente analyse de la transition au niveau de la direction, lanc\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision de <b>Larry Desrochers<\/b>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de longue date, de ne pas renouveler son contrat qui expire en mai 2026. \u00c0 compter du 8 ao\u00fbt, M. Desrochers, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 en 2000 comme directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, assumera les fonctions de directeur artistique par int\u00e9rim pendant que la recherche d\u2019un candidat se poursuit. Elle a \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration du Cadre d\u2019impact civique de l\u2019op\u00e9ra, une plateforme num\u00e9rique nationale permettant de recueillir et de rendre compte de l\u2019impact des arts, de produire des statistiques de reprise et de mesurer la r\u00e9silience des organisations. Mme Hillis commencera \u00e0 concevoir la programmation pour la saison 2026-2027, qui marquera les 129 ans d\u2019existence de l\u2019organisation. En tant que soliste et collaboratrice, Mme Hillis a cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nombreuses \u0153uvres canadiennes et s\u2019est produite \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au Canada et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Elle est actuellement professeure adjointe de musique \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 York. M. McMahon est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour ses collaborations pianistiques avec des chanteuses canadiennes telles que Catherine Robbin, Karina Gauvin, Lyne Fortin, Dominique Labelle, Wendy Nielsen, Maureen Forrester ainsi que le t\u00e9nor Richard Margison. Sa coll\u00e8gue de McGill, Dominique Labelle, lui a rendu hommage suite \u00e0 l\u2019annonce, d\u00e9clarant\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Michael McMahon est un tr\u00e9sor, une source d\u2019inspiration et l\u2019un des mentors les plus pr\u00e9cieux que je connaisse. M. Chalifoux a dirig\u00e9 AtG pendant une p\u00e9riode de restructuration audacieuse, notamment en assurant une transition en douceur apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de son directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et directeur artistique fondateur. M. Milne a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 la trajectoire du POV pendant pr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies, dont sept ans en tant que pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration. La vaste exp\u00e9rience de Blanchon en musique de chambre constitue un atout pour l\u2019ensemble qui embarque dans de nouveaux projets pour sa saison 2025-2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le 26 ao\u00fbt, <b>Les Violons du Roy<\/b> ont annonc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re surprenante que leur directeur musical <b>Jonathan Cohen<\/b> terminerait son mandat \u00e0 la fin de la saison 2024-25. L&#8217;orchestre a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#8217;il communiquera ses plans concernant la succession de Jonathan Cohen dans les semaines \u00e0 venir. Cohen travaille avec Les Violons du Roy depuis 2014 et en est devenu le directeur musical en 2018.
