Comme premi\u00e8re \u0153uvre au programme, compos\u00e9e \u00e0 ses 18 ans, c\u2019est le t\u00e9n\u00e9breux Sergei Rachmaninov (1873-1943) avec son <em>Trio \u00e9l\u00e9giaque N<\/em><em><sup>o<\/sup><\/em><em> 1 en sol mineur<\/em> (1892) qui amorce le concert dans une interpr\u00e9tation grandiose et bouleversante. D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, on peut sentir la complicit\u00e9 de Julie-Anne Derome et Gabriel Prynn, et les connexions grandissantes avec un pianiste tout r\u00e9cemment arriv\u00e9 et qui a quitt\u00e9 sa Russie natale, Maxim Shatalkin. Depuis qu\u2019il a rejoint le trio son fran\u00e7ais s\u2019am\u00e9liore \u00e0 chaque repr\u00e9sentation et malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s il n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 prendre le micro et \u00e0 exprimer ses connaissances et ses \u00e9motions, souvent la gorge serr\u00e9e. Un \u00ab\u00a0On vous aime\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu en provenance de la salle.<\/p>\n<p>Deux autres compositeurs \u00e9taient programm\u00e9s \u00e0 ce concert\u00a0: Anton Arenski (1861-1906) avec <em>Trio N<\/em><em><sup>o<\/sup><\/em><em> 1, Op. 32<\/em> (1894) et Dmitri Chostakovitch (1906-1975) avec son <em>Trio N<\/em><em><sup>o<\/sup><\/em><em> 2<\/em> (1944). Ce dernier arrivera apr\u00e8s un entracte et sera suivi d\u2019un rappel. Les applaudissements d\u2019une salle enti\u00e8re en redemandent, tous debout. Nous avons donc eu droit \u00e0 un invit\u00e9 surprise en marge du programme.
