Form\u00e9 de la violoncelliste No\u00e9mie Raymond-Friset et du pianiste Michel-Alexandre Broekaert, le groupe fera para\u00eetre au mois d\u2019octobre un nouvel album comprenant un floril\u00e8ge d\u2019airs d\u2019op\u00e9ra dans des arrangements de son propre cru.<\/p>\n<p>Il appara\u00eet tout \u00e0 fait naturel pour le violoncelle de jouer la ligne d\u2019habitude r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 la voix humaine, tant la tessiture de l\u2019instrument est similaire. De plus, parmi les effets vocaux recherch\u00e9s, le <i>vibrato <\/i>et le <i>glissando <\/i>peuvent parfaitement s\u2019appliquer aux cordes d\u2019un violoncelle. Apr\u00e8s, tout est une question d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation, de lyrisme, mais aussi de choix du corpus. Certains morceaux se pr\u00eatent merveilleusement bien \u00e0 la sonorit\u00e9 des deux instruments. C\u2019est notamment le cas de <i>Summertime <\/i>de <i>Porgy and Bess<\/i> et du <i>Duo des fleurs<\/i> de <i>Lakm\u00e9<\/i>, empreints d\u2019une grande sensualit\u00e9. D\u2019autres morceaux encore, comme l\u2019air du prince Gremin d\u2019<i>Eug\u00e8ne On\u00e9guine<\/i>, vont directement puiser dans le timbre profond et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux du violoncelle. En revanche, dans <i>O mio babbino caro <\/i>et l\u2019air de la Reine de la Nuit, l\u2019instrument para\u00eet \u00e0 contre-emploi.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d\u2019arrangements du Duo Cavatine, on retrouve des pi\u00e8ces pour violoncelle et piano d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien connues du r\u00e9pertoire\u00a0: l\u2019incomparable m\u00e9lodie d\u2019<i>Apr\u00e8s un r\u00eave <\/i>de Gabriel Faur\u00e9 et les variations de Beethoven d\u2019apr\u00e8s un th\u00e8me de Mozart (<i>Bei M\u00e4nnern, welche Liebe f\u00fchlen<\/i>, de la <i>Fl\u00fbte enchant\u00e9e<\/i>).<\/p>\n<p>On a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu admirer le talent de M. Broekaert en concert. Sur cet album, le pianiste fait encore parler la finesse de son jeu et sa grande musicalit\u00e9, en particulier dans les premi\u00e8res mesures de <i>Casta Diva<\/i>. On a l\u00e0 un interpr\u00e8te de premier ordre \u2013 et pas simplement un accompagnateur \u2013 qui fait ressortir des couleurs d\u2019une rare subtilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CellOp\u00e9ra!
