Le solo de trompette d\u00e9pouill\u00e9 est livr\u00e9 avec une aisance insolente, le son est typiquement boh\u00e9mien et le phras\u00e9 a l&#8217;insouciance d&#8217;une assurance totale. Il s&#8217;agit de la deuxi\u00e8me parution d&#8217;un cycle pr\u00e9vu par l&#8217;Orchestre philharmonique tch\u00e8que et son chef Semyon Bychkov, qui donne le ton au Mahler sur disque pour la d\u00e9cennie en cours. J&#8217;avais trouv\u00e9 la 4e symphonie indispensable. La 5e n&#8217;est pas moins convaincante.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Bychkov apporte un peu de son h\u00e9ritage de Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg au principal orchestre de la patrie de Mahler. Mahler a effectu\u00e9 trois visites dans la capitale imp\u00e9riale russe, o\u00f9 il avait de la famille. Son h\u00e9ritage a filtr\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 Dmitri Chostakovitch et son cercle. Il y a un esprit pince-sans-rire dans l&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation de Bychkov, un refus de s&#8217;engager dans l&#8217;exag\u00e9ration romantique des orchestres viennois et am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois mouvements changent d&#8217;humeur de fa\u00e7on \u00e9nigmatique, passant du fun\u00e8bre \u00e0 la peur et \u00e0 l&#8217;all\u00e9gresse. La m\u00e9lodie juive \u00e0 la fin du scherzo est soulign\u00e9e avec esprit. L&#8217;Adagietto, dont Bychkov reprend la dur\u00e9e laconique de Mahler, soit neuf minutes, est suspendu \u00e0 un fil entre l&#8217;amour et la mort. Le finale promet une fin heureuse, mais ne la montre pas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1020326 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/myscena.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/th-1057570331-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/myscena.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/th-1057570331-2.jpg 474w, https:\/\/myscena.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/th-1057570331-2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/myscena.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/th-1057570331-2-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/myscena.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/th-1057570331-2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 265px) 100vw, 265px\" \/>L&#8217;enregistrement a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 Prague en d\u00e9cembre dernier, \u00e0 la fin de la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de Covid. \u00c0 l&#8217;exception d&#8217;une note de pochette absurde qui affirme que l&#8217;Adagietto \u00ab\u00a0perturbe le cours philosophique pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la symphonie\u00a0\u00bb, je ne trouve aucun d\u00e9faut dans cette production. C&#8217;est la cinqui\u00e8me symphonie de Mahler la plus captivante que vous puissiez entendre dans le monde et ce son tch\u00e8que restera longtemps dans l&#8217;oreille. L&#8217;orchestre est infiniment plus virtuose aujourd&#8217;hui qu&#8217;il ne l&#8217;\u00e9tait dans son pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent cycle Mahler, il y a pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un demi-si\u00e8cle avec Vaclav Neumann, mais son caract\u00e8re dans ce r\u00e9pertoire reste inimitable.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;ouverture de cette interpr\u00e9tation est triplement rassurante.
