Il s\u2019agissait ensuite de souligner l\u2019action de l\u2019OSDL en faveur du bien-\u00eatre de la population au moment de la COVID, notamment \u00e0 travers son projet Balcons symphoniques, lanc\u00e9 le 14 avril 2020, qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 toute une s\u00e9rie de concerts de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Objectif plus que r\u00e9ussi ! Avec <i>Je me souviens<\/i>, l\u2019auditeur peut d\u00e9couvrir ou red\u00e9couvrir le r\u00e9pertoire de ces tourn\u00e9es d\u2019un genre nouveau : des chansons francophones, en particulier qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, et quelques grands succ\u00e8s anglophones pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ici dans des arrangements exclusivement pour orchestre. Comme \u00e0 son habitude, Alexandre Da Costa y tient le premier r\u00f4le comme violoniste. De l\u00e0 \u00e0 dire qu\u2019il est un virtuose ? Sans doute pas au point de jouer Paganini \u00e0 vitesse r\u00e9elle comme Vengerov, mais assez pour ex\u00e9cuter confortablement des ornementations et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme au moment voulu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019arrangement de <i>Je t\u2019aime comme un fou <\/i>de Robert Charlebois ouvre merveilleusement l\u2019album en nous offrant des variations int\u00e9ressantes sur le th\u00e8me principal. D\u2019autres arrangements, comme ceux de <i>La vie en rose <\/i>et <i>Si Dieu existe<\/i>, s\u2019av\u00e8rent tout aussi inventifs. <i>Harmonium <\/i>et <i>Am\u00e8ne-toi chez nous <\/i>font une tr\u00e8s bonne utilisation du son orchestral de l\u2019OSDL tandis que <i>L\u2019essentiel <\/i>et <i>Ne partez pas sans moi <\/i>se pr\u00eatent parfaitement au lyrisme du violon. Mais pour le reste, les arrangements restent encore trop pr\u00e8s du mat\u00e9riau d\u2019origine et font trop regretter l\u2019absence de la voix, par- ticuli\u00e8rement dans <i>La valse \u00e0 mille temps <\/i>de Jacques Brel et <i>Hallelujah <\/i>de Leonard Cohen.
