Vernon Proms is an annual Summer classical music festival in Vernon, BC. The program includes a wide range of free and paid events - early and classical music concerts and recitals, masterclasses, and workshops. We involve professional and amateur classical musicians from Vernon, Okanagan valley, and beyond. The goal of the festival is to showcase local musical talent; attract more people, including kids, to become involved in musical amateurism; and to bring classical music closer to the audience. And, of course, to entertain our local public and tourists alike.
