The Django Festival All-Stars, described as “sensational” by Downbeat magazine, carry on the legacy of the great “hot jazz” guitarist Django Reinhardt. Its star, Dorado Schmitt, is a legend in the true style of Django. The band grew out of the very successful Django Reinhardt Festival, with its home at Birdland in New York City.
