07/06/2020 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – We close our 80th anniversary season with Beethoven’s iconic 9th Symphony. Dedicated to the composer’s 250th anniversary, join us for this celebratory concert featuring over 200 performers on stage.

24/05/2020 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Italian pianist Giuseppe Guarrera won the hearts of Montrealers in 2017, when he took the People’s Choice Award at the Montreal International Musical Competition, as well as the 2nd prize. Guarrera joins the orchestra for an exhilarating afternoon of music by Beethoven and Alexander Brott.

08/03/2020 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Join us for a swinging afternoon of jazz standards and Broadway favourites including music by Weill, Legrand, Gershwin and Sondheim. Also on the programme, a wonderful work by Montreal composer Airat Ichmouratov for klezmer clarinet and string orchestra.

16/02/2020 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Experience the glory and elegance of 19th century Vienna in this sumptuous afternoon of music by legendary composers Strauss Jr. and Lehár. The brilliant international soprano Aline Kutan joins the orchestra to perform some of the best known operetta arias.

08/12/2019 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Hallelujah! Handel’s beloved masterpiece returns with an outstanding quartet of soloists, in the Crypt Church of Saint Joseph’s Oratory. A multitude of choral voices join the orchestra to proclaim the start of the holiday season.

03/11/2019 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – The famous Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal perform Vivaldi’s joyous choral work Gloria. The varied concert also features the Bach-Busoni piano concerto with Anne-Marie Dubois, and a dramatic work by Canadian composer Vania Angelova.

06/10/2019 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Enjoy the majestic sounds of the Grand Orgue Pierre-Béique of the Maison symphonique, in collaboration with the Canadian International Organ Festival. Acclaimed organists Jean-Willy Kunz and Alcée Chriss will enrich this evening of grand sound & grand repertoire.

15/09/2019 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – The OCM & the historic Spanish-Portuguese Synagogue, Canada’s oldest congregation, present an eclectic program from Bloch to Bernstein. Israeli cellist Shulamit Sarid and OCM’s concertmaster Marc Djokic will be the featured soloists.

23/09/2019 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm – OCM’s annual Benefit Gala pays hommage to the memory of the incomparable Joseph Rouleau (1929-2019). This evening will honour the opera star & fierce champion of the arts with an opera soirée. Proceeds from this event go to OCM’s education and mentorship programs.
