Maestro Pinchas Zukerman is back on the podium conducting the NAC Orchestra. Kick start the new year with Haydn’s Symphony No. 104, also known as the “London” Symphony as it was composed during Haydn’s second visit to the city. Joined by accomplished Japanese violinist Fumiaki Miura in his first performance in the Nation’s Capital, the evening is paired with works by Elgar, Beethoven and Saint-Saëns. In a program that has something for everyone, it is sure to delight all audiences!

Le maestro Pinchas Zukerman est de retour au podium de l’Orchestre du CNA dans un concert qui donne le coup d’envoi de la nouvelle année. La Symphonie no 104, « de Londres », de Haydn, telle qu’il l’a composée à son deuxième séjour dans la capitale britannique, figure notamment au programme, de même que des œuvres d’Elgar, Beethoven et Saint-Saëns, mettant à contribution le violoniste japonais accompli Fumiaki Miura à ses débuts à Ottawa. Il y en a pour tous les goûts!
