Voici un concert consacré à de rares transcriptions pour orgue. La Sonate en si mineur de Bach surprend en ce qu’il n’existe ici ni soliste ni accompagnement mais bien deux voix qui se lancent à force égale dans un dialogue animé. De son côté, la Via Crucis est une suite tout à fait originale des œuvres les plus célèbres de Pärt transcrites pour orgue, violon, voix d’enfant et percussion.

Listen to a concert which is dedicated to unusual organ transcriptions. Bach’s Sonata in B minor surprises us with an animated dialogue between two equal parts where neither is soloist nor accompaniment. The Via Crucis, on the other hand, is an absolutely original suite of Pärt’s most famous works transcribed for organ, violin, child’s voice and percussion.
